Skinny Tip

I’m offering a series of Skinny Tips. How I keep slim is one of my most frequent inquiries. I’m featuring some of my past tips to help you start 2015 on a healthy note. Click on the #SkinnyTip tag at the end of this post to see all my previous tips.

Tip #58: Make sure to include some protein in all your meals and snacks. Quality protein foods like nuts, cheese, eggs, salmon will help keep you full longer.

I will be back to French Fridays with Dorie next week. The gang is making Arman’s Caviar in Aspic. Can you see why I didn’t rush out to buy the ingredients??? I can’t wait to see what the Doristas thought of this recipe. Check them all out on the FFwD website.
