      Skinny Tip

I’m starting a new series of Skinny Tips. How I keep slim is one of my most frequent inquiries. I’ll feature tips on some of my upcoming blog posts.

Tip #23: Nuts are a terrific snack. High in protein and fiber, a handful will fill help satisfy you between meals. Keep a baggy of nuts in your purse for easy access when your appointments or errands run overtime. But since they’re also high in fat and calories, remember to watch your serving size.
