Frangelico Truffle Cocktail
Frangelico Truffle Cocktail
I am a huge fan of Frangelico, the exquisite hazelnut liqueur…but I mainly use it in my baking. This incredible cordial adds a spectacular nuance to so many desserts…I especially love to pair it with white chocolate. So it was a happy day when I was offered a bottle of Frangelico plus a box of the most stunning Frangelico truffles by MarieBelle (these just happen to be one of Oprah’s favorite things). Just look at that intricate mosaic design on top of these chocolates! Included with this delightful package was a recipe for the Frangelico Truffle cocktail, which sounds more like a confection than an alcoholic beverage!
Perfect Party Cocktail
With New Year’s Day approaching, I thought this would be the perfect cocktail to bring to a holiday gathering. Equal parts of Frangelico, vodka and espresso combine to make a smooth as silk martini with the perfect punch of caffeine to alleviate drowsiness during another football game! Truly a delicious way to toast in the new year.
Disclosure: I received the Frangelico and MarieBelle truffles courtesy of Frangelico PR, but the opinions stated in this post are my own. I was not compensated in any way for writing this post.
