A fabulous, out of the ordinary appetizer. Adapted from Foodie Crush.



  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line a sheet pan with parchment. Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Bake 6 minutes, then flip, brush the other side with olive oil, and bake about 6 more minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 400º. Divide the shredded Gruyere over the top of the baguette slices. Then top with the blue cheese. Place about a teaspoon of the fig spread over each toast.
  3. Bake about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
