I’m back on track this month…being I posted my Two Sweetie Pies recipe swap a week early last month. Ay, yi, yi… just another reminder to slow down and quit overextending. Do you do that? I love to volunteer in my community, but I bit off more than I could chew this year. Well, these decadent Chocolate Chip Butterfinger Cheesecake Bars made me (and all those who I shared these with) forget my troubles. A chocolate chip cookie dough bottom, topped with Butterfinger candy bars, cheesecake, then more cookie dough. Is your mouth watering yet? It should be!

        1. I’ve actually never had a butterfinger before, I’m guessing it’s a American candybar?

          Are they any good?

        2. Given the rave reviews I’ve had from MeetUp AND dance class friends for your oatmeal cookies with white chocolate, I’m very confident this is another home run cookie – in bar form =) Even without the experience of Liz Berg cookies, one needs only look at your photos and see the scrumptiousness!

        3. Lots of big flavors in this treat! I still say you need to do a tutorial on how to cut goodies for perfect presentation:@)

        4. What a spectacular dessert! It can be easy to overextend yourself, and sometimes hard to get out of any of those commitments! Congratulations to you on all your hard work.
