Ham, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders

A breakfast slider that is perfect for weekend company, tailgating or a fun brunch!


9 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls

12 slices provolone cheese, or as needed6 slices deli ham, or as needed

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds


Grease a quarter sheet pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until set.

Remove eggs from oven and let cool.

Layer in this order:

Melt the butter, then mix in the sugar, mustard and poppy seeds. Brush over the top of the rolls.

Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees. Cover sliders with foil and bake about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Slice apart individual sliders to serve.
