Hi , truly missed visiting your site …My mom diagnosed with cancer in November and I walked away from blogging . ..but my husband says its good for my mental health as an outlet so I am going to attempt a come back this week when my blog is all updated . Can’t wait to see what all I have missed !

Hi-I really love your site-do you ever use cocunut oil in your baking? I have recently been aware of the great qualities of this product and wondered about baking with it.
Do any of your readers ever talk about using coconut oil in place of shortening or butter?
