Wow, I’m in love with the first dessert. It’s fabulous. I can assure you that lack of readers greatly effects the popularity of your posts. I’ve “done over” if you will, recipes and the second time around with better photos and more readers, they were a hit.
I’m off to check out the slim down program. My husband and I are losing weight the old fashioned way, exercising and smaller portions. We could always stand a boost. Happy weekend. Sam

Excellent posts. I didn’t see that Joconde Imprime/Entremets photo previously, I wasn’t following you then. Looks amazing. And I just added one more click to the Better Than Twix Bars post. It sounds very similar to millionaires shortbread, absolutely amazing treat. And I have never done a taste test of different butters side by side. I have done beer tests though, many times:) Hope the weekend is rolling well.

Wow, my mouth is watering after seeing all of those posts. That chocolate raspberry torte is gorgeous. It looks like something you’d buy in a bakery! I’m bookmarking the brie and raspberry recipe– I love cheese and fruit dishes and that looks delish. And, I can’t imagine anything you ever writing being offensive because your blog is always so kind, so I’m sure it wasn’t you!
Everyone of your recipes are a great winner although I must admit I am not a dessert person but sure can follow to make for those of my friends who simply will love.
